Maisie embarked on her culinary career at the age of 20 with six months at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu in London. 

 

Originally from the Scottish Borders, Maisie completed her studies and went on to become a private chef in London for 2 years before deciding to take up the challenge of working on luxury private sailing yachts.      

 

In 2018, having realised the importance of nutrition in the modern diet, Maisie completed a course in nutrition, helping to add to her culinary skill set.

 

Following this she returned to the high seas to take part in the famous Arc transatlantic race.  Returning from the Caribbean in early 2020, Maisie relocated to the Cotswolds with the idea to set up what is now the Fosse Kitchen.​
